In March 2020, Chalice made a globally significant, high-grade Platinum Group Element-Nickel-Copper-Cobalt-Gold discovery at the Julimar Project in Western Australia.

The discovery was made with the very first drill hole on the Project – 19m @8.4g/t palladium, 2.6% nickel, 1.0% copper, and 0.1% cobalt from 48m.

The 100% owned Project covers the ~26km long, unexplored Julimar Intrusive Complex, ~70km NE of Perth. Chalice Gold Mines Limited discovery is considered Australia’s first major PGE discovery and has established the new West Yilgarn Nickel-Copper-PGE Province, along the western margin of the Yilgarn Craton.
